DHのMarked for Death関する記述があったようですがうまく読めなかったようです。

Monsters
・Elite affix ‘Electrified’ now has internal CD of 0.3s (from 0.1s).
（エリートMODの’Electrified’の内部クールダウンが0.1秒から0.3秒になります。）
リングとアミュレットのリロールがしやすくなったのは朗報ですね。あとエリートのビリビリも多少は避けやすくなるかもです。
